Health tip.

Take the rubbish out or detox the systems of the body. When was the last time you did that?

We have filters that get clogged and then we add toxins on top of normal. Have a look at what's in your shampoo, deodorant (arm pits have lymph nodes), moisturiser and then your household cleaning products. They are full of toxins and your skin and hair absorb 80+%. It is like pouring petrol or oil on your plants or lawn - yeh it kills them. So why do it to ourselves and overload your bodies filtering system. We wonder why we are tired and sick.

Detox spring clean; liver flush/gut cleanse, Colema or colonic irrigation (big enema). Rest your digestion, your body goes into elimination mode all morning - fruit is fine to eat all morning if you wish but be aware it will go thru you (auto weight loss). Drink plenty of quality water (not mains). Get rid of the bad products. Eat more fresh raw fruit and veg (especially the seeds of common fruits). Reduce animal meat consumption. You will feel and see the difference in days. Taking Pancreatic enzymes and a 60 plus quantity plant based mineral supplement is a very smart idea. Preventative Medicine.
