Hello everyone. With Cold and Flu season approaching how is everyone managing ?

A Cold is the process of eliminating unwanted rubbish accumulated in the body and at this time our Immune System is low so this allows viruses in. We get the greenish snot, head cold and then it moves into the chest and we cough. A fever accompanies the Flu which makes it different from a Cold. It can be an overloaded Liver starting the process. The tiny holes in the Liver get blocked up with the bad stuff we put in ! !

To help lessen the suffering you could try a Liver Detox, remember this for next year. Building the Immune system with the front runner which is Good Bacteria in the gut, so get stuck into the Pro-biotics (you need at least 100 billion bugs each day).

To cut thru the Phlem try freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 to 2 lemons) in a cup of warm water, a little raw honey if needed - 3 to 4 cups daily. Real nutrients like Vitamin C (5000mg per day) Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Calcium, Magnesium, and co-factors build the immune system and strengthen the body for good health. Immune supporters and boosters - Ginseng, Astragalis, Feverwort, Echinacea and Ginger, don't forget organic local grown fresh Garlic (strongest antibiotic know to science). These are all good for the Fever that come with the Flu as well.
