Health Tip #5

PMS and Menopause is an uncomfortable time, painfull, stressfull and disruptive to your life and long term has dramatic affects on your health.

Pelvic tension disrupts the flow of nerve impulses, blood and energy to the vital reproductive organs causing stuff such as cysts, fibroids and cancer to form.

You can do the Squat rocking (back and forth and sideways for 3 to 5 minutes) and or pretend you're spinning a hula hoop making your hips do a large circle. This needs to be in your daily routine.

For cramping and pain take Calcium, Magnesium and Selenium (in good quantities and ratios) plus a tablespoon of Flax Seed Oil each day can help eliminate these.

Hot Flushes and Night sweats etc, there are some good Natural Products out there, one I recommend is Harmony Menopause and Harmony Balance.

Check the "side Effects" of the medications you are using, these can exacerbate the problems. Don't forget your 2 litres of water. Cut down or eliminate the bad foods, they are killing you.
