Look after your Bodies physical shape

Why look after your Bodies physical shape It'll work better, longer, trouble free = therapeutic body work, Polarity Therapy - Energy Medicine. We seem to have forgotten this concept ! Even if you think you're Ok, you'll feel the difference. If we had a see through body, you'd see what I mean.

For your body to function at it's best there needs to be No Pressure on Organs, Blood Vessels, Nerves, Muscles or Bones. The types of pressure are, Physical, Chemical, Thoughts & Feelings (Stress).

Physical: Pain or Twinges are your first indicators. Posture, Shape, Positioning, another. Check yourself by standing in front of the mirror or check each other, using your Thumbs or Fingers, place each of them first at each of your Jaw joints (so slide your thumbs up your lower jaw bone till they stop in the notches) . . . are they level ? Now move to the bone in the back of your Scull (occiput bone). Move down to your Shoulder joints, then the bottom Ribs and then the top outside edge of your hip bones or the notches in the front of the front of the hip bones (slide down towards the front and you'll slip into them). Then around to your back and find the notches at the base of your Spine (a little difficult but do-able) Are they all even ? Comparing them all, are they higher one side of the body or do they vary ? Please check your children as I've found them to be miss-aligned - age doesn't matter.

If so you are physically bent, twisted, miss-aligned etc putting distortions in all those areas I mentioned above. Some might be subtle but the long term effects are what most people are 'putting- up' with today. To mention a few side effects: Headaches, excessive yawning, foggy thinking, blurry/focus issues with eyes, clicking jaw & or neck, breathing issues, gastric reflux, bloating, constipation, circulation (cold extremities especially) and nervous system issues which may include restless or twitchy legs or sciatica. We seem to think these are normal and band aid them with a painkiller. If it was your car, phone, TV or computer you would get it fixed.

Chemical: I covered that in the last Health Tip. Overloading your organs doesn't work & then it gets into your blood, then it's in your brain & everywhere.

Thoughts & Feelings (Stress): This can have a dramatic effect on many processes & functions. Thinking, memory, digestion, hormone manufacture and moving limbs. We have survival programmes running all the time and they come into play, some are known as "fight, flight & freeze". So the pressure on your brain (movement of skull bones) and your neck effect this Process and then everything below it. Don't forget the deep long breaths for this issue - very relaxing if you persist.
